Morlu was fantastic- he was friendly and professional as was his assistant. He was here for about 1.75 hours to do a sofa, loveseat and recliner- our microfiber upholstery was pretty bad- having a dog and cats... He got out all the little stains and the doggy odor.
He started by brushing off any loose bits/fur, then vacuumed thoroughly, then he cleaned and cleaned and cleaned. I was pretty grossed out by the color of the water they extracted. This only tells me they got a lot of dirt out. They removed all their equipment, wiped up the floor with some heavy towels and then sprayed on the scotch guard.
I got 3 quotes for this job and his price was 1/2 of what ChemDry wanted. I chose Morlu because he came to my house within the hour to see what the job entailed before he gave his price. He booked the appointment at a time that was convenient for me. Also Chemdry said it would take 24-48 hours for it to dry (how can I go for 2 days and not sit in the living room?) and Duraclean said it would dry by the end of the day with the dry weather and some fans blowing on it.
I will definitely be calling them again- Their number is in my contacts.
